On February 24, 2005, the NRC issued a Severity Level III Notice of Violation to Williams Power Corporation for the actions of its former Superintendent at Perry who deliberately provided materially inaccurate information to the NRC during an NRC Office of Investigations interview and during a predecisional enforcement conference with the NRC staff.
